Our values
The principles that shape how we build and work together.
Ownership
Everyone here treats the product like it's theirs — because it is.
Craftsmanship
We sweat the details other teams skip. Good enough isn't.
Customer obsession
We build for the creators using Wicofly today, not an abstract user.
Move deliberately fast
Speed matters, but not at the cost of trust. We ship carefully and often.
Transparency
Decisions, numbers, and roadmaps are shared openly across the team.
Growth mindset
We hire for curiosity and give people room to get better at their craft.
